Yoga Classes

Natasha Vaz Completed her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Shamanic Yoga Institute in Squamish, BC. Bringing together teachings of the ancient Yoga texts, Coast Salish First Nations as well the Q'uero  of South America into a dynamic nature based practice. 

Currently teaching at The Well on Bowen island.  thewellonbowen.com and Oxygen Yoga and Fitness.


Are you a studio owner ?  I am available for substitution lists on the North Shore as well as Vancouver,  Squamish and Bowen Island.

I have attained my Canadian Yoga Alliance certification, as well as Can-fit-pro and ACE personal trainer certifications.

Do you have a group that would value from a talk, retreat, or seminar on Nutrition ?  Please let me know.


I have lead well over 12 retreats in the past couple years primarily out of Nectar Yoga BnB on Bowen Island.   

My role was to provide all the juices, smoothies, soups, broths, power bowls and wellness shots.  


I will also connect with your group ahead of time to introduce myself and inquire about allergies, preferences, and precious experiences using my customized digital survey.

I am a hereditary Mediterranean Cook  with a passion for fresh ingredients and sustainable sourcing.  

I can provide a Vitamix, Hurom cold press juicers, and various food processors.
